Port Saint Lucie, Fla. (Jan. 19, 2016) – Current and prospective families are invited to enjoy an evening of food truck fare and see a free screening of the film “Most Likely to Succeed” at Renaissance Charter School at Tradition on January 26. The event is open to the public and is designed to highlight the School Choice options for local families.
The activities are planned to coincide with National School Choice Week 2016, the nation’s largest-ever celebration of excellent options in education.
The food truck and film screening event will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. at the school located at 10900 SW Tradition Parkway in Port Saint Lucie. More than 150 students and parents are expected to attend the event to show solidarity surrounding the school choice options provided by Renaissance Charter.
“Parents and students need to know that they have options that will help shape their futures. School choice makes all schools better,” said Principal Stacy Schmit.
Renaissance Charter School at Tradition is a tuition-free public charter school that serves grades K – 8.
National School Choice Week (January 24 – 30, 2016) will be America’s largest-ever celebration of opportunity in education.
